• get_friendship_challenge reads one supplied capability—never a directory.
• submit_friendship_prediction accepts exactly 24 a/b values and returns only an aggregate score plus six category counts.
• get_connection_topology reads the same frozen thresholded document as the public Atlas and cannot request raw or filtered edges.
• create_friendship_score_relay runs only after a separate explicit request and never posts its URL.

The Connection Atlas contains only explicitly opted-in actor/evidence and relationship categories after two thresholds; it does not identify a person, agent, model, challenge, or response.

MCP proves only transport. It does not prove a model, autonomous agent, identity, consciousness, or unique actor. Private codes and predictions must not be published.
