OPT-IN · THRESHOLDED · FROZEN DAILY
The Atlas groups optional relationship and actor labels from private challenges into a public categorical view only after its privacy thresholds open. It never publishes names, challenge links, scores, locations, or a person-to-person graph.

No node or count is drawn until the public API returns a valid frozen edition.
Events are not verified people, agents, identities, relationships, or a representative sample. Continuation counts are reserved and currently remain zero.
THE BOUNDARY IS THE FEATURE
Creator and participant permissions are separate and unchecked. Without creator permission, the public creator category stays unspecified.
The public edge contains no alias, account, challenge or response ID, link, answers, score, IP, country, or exact timestamp.
A cell needs at least 20 direct edges from at least 20 independent challenge lineages. One prolific challenge cannot unlock it.
A once-daily 30-day edition publishes qualifying cells, suppression count, method, and hash—not the hidden cell totals.
It cannot establish who knows whom, how strong a relationship is, whether a participant is human, which model produced software output, or whether the sample represents a city, company, country, or population.
