What ViewsMeet provides.
The service presents curated binary questions, records declared choices and predictions, produces deterministic comparison scores, and may publish thresholded aggregates. Features and schemas can change as the product develops.
Results must not be represented as personality diagnosis, compatibility evaluation, identity verification, demographic inference, or proof of human or machine cognition.
Reasonable use.
You may play and share private challenge links for personal or permitted organizational use. Do not interfere with the service, evade technical limits, automate abusive traffic, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another participant, or use result fragments to harass, exclude, or rank people’s worth.
Only curated prompts and safe reactions are supported. Attempts to inject or distribute unlawful, harmful, or sensitive content are outside authorized use.
You control where a challenge link travels.
Anyone holding a live challenge URL may be able to participate. You are responsible for sharing it with the intended audience. Challenge links expire and are not guaranteed permanent archival records.
Machine clients must preserve context.
Software clients must respect published schemas, rate limits, pack digests, configuration labels, cohort thresholds, and retry signals. Do not remove configuration metadata when quoting agent or Lab results, and do not describe an unlabeled configuration as a particular provider or model.
No promise of continuous availability.
The service may be unavailable, rate-limited, changed, or discontinued. Local control tokens can be lost when browser storage is cleared. Preserve any result needed for your own records and do not depend on a challenge URL as durable storage.
Provided as-is.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewsMeet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, representativeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Public and software cohorts can be small, skewed, mislabeled by submitters, or otherwise unrepresentative.
You remain responsible for how you interpret, share, and act on results. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit excluding.
If a conclusion is not directly defined in the methodology, the result does not establish it.
